Cold Shower Challenge - Don’t ever say we don’t love you all!

Yes we realize it is the middle of November and this challenge was probably much better suited for August, but Do Gooders are a bit crazy anyways and can have fun doing any challenge.

To answer your question, yes I showered a whole lot quicker than I normally would. I took 3-5 minutes and managed to shampoo, soap and clean wash my face. I usually take about 10-15 minutes when I am having a nice hot shower.
I also felt a significant burst of energy afterwords. I have read that cold showers not only are better for the environment but also have many health benefits.

My eyes are still watering from howls of laughter at YOUR howling antics behind the curtain!!!
(Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain ….) Very tastefully done but… just TOO FUNNY!
The fact that you did this on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month makes it even MORE memorable ~ in a good way though… not to diminish the sacrifices made by our war veterans at all. Yikes! It does seem to put things into a very real perspective (cold reality) now that I’ve put that out there. But … that was also the original motivation behind this extreme challenge in the first place right? Not taking things for granted, appreciating the good things we have in life and helping save our resources, energy, hot water! Thanx Darius!
