Warming Up Toronto With High Fives

We’re starting to get into the habit of making Fridays at Daily Challenge “extreme challenge day”, and this past Friday was no different! Yesterday, I got the opportunity to challenge the world to:

Walk down the street with a sign that says, `Donate a High Five’

And because we like to think that ‘the walk’ is just as important as ‘the talk’, we set out on the streets of King West on a beautiful (though somewhat chilly) Friday afternoon to warm the hearts of Torontonians with high fives.

Naturally, we caught it all on video. :) Enjoy!

    My favorite thing about this video was the way the team was able to snap Torontonians out of their typically zombie like modes. My personal opinion is that people actually want to be friendlier but are afraid of being shot down. Think about it when we were all kids and “knew” less we were all more willing to be a little wilder in the name a FUN!

    Our motto at Daily Challenge…”Who said changing the world can’t be FUN!?!”

    Well done team! Good on you Verne and company, I work on King West and it was nice to see some smiling faces for a change. Let me know the next time you go High 5ing, would love to join you.

    Thanks for your support Mark! We will definitely take you up on your offer the next time we head out for some high fiveing! Now if we could only organize a city-wide high five marathon! How crazy and fun would that be?
